OTHER NOTES
This concert although listed as being filmed entirely on May 10, 2004 is actually a composite video from the four Chicago shows that were filmed at that time.  The majority of the footage used in the main DVD is from the May 10, 2004 show, but expect to see clips used from the other nights as well as was done with the Boston DVD in 2001.  Most of the cameras were not present during the third night in Chicago, so most of the footage should be from May 9 and May 10.  It is already evident that a few songs have been edited around from multiple shows especially in the encore.  The actual May 10 show ended with Party Girl in the encore, and Yahweh and "40" were not played in favour of doing Vertigo a second time.  Party Girl is not included on this disc, nor is the second performance of Vertigo.  Instead it looks like they grabbed the footage of Yahweh and "40" to flesh out the disc.

Like the Slane release, there are two formats being released.  One will be released in a digipack cardboard case which is being called a limited edition (although you can still pick up the Slane release in this format easily years later).  This will be similar in construction to the Boston and the Best of 1990 - 2000 releases which held two DVDs.  The second version is being released in a "Super King Jewel Case" which isn't your typical black DVD Amaray case.  Although the same dimensions as a regular DVD case, these are made of sturdier clear plastic similar to a CD jewel case but larger in size.  Plans call for the limited release in the digipack case to include the second disc detailed above.  The version released in the jewel case will just contain the first disc.

A second concert from the Vertigo tour has also been filmed - an outside show from Milan in the summer of 2005.  Plans for the release of this on DVD have not been finalized but it is expected in the future.  More information to follow on both releases as it is made available.
