The first single which had promotional singles released in the USA and Canada, I Will Follow has the distinction of being the first promo single which also featured slightly altered versions of the versions found on the commercial single.

The Mono version is a labelling error on the disc.  Those with copies of the disc who have looked at the wave file will attest that this song does have multiple channels (so indeed is stereo not mono.)  Thus both the A and B side of this second promo release appear to be identical.
