| This compilation was issued to celebrate 25 years of the
BBC station Radio 1 being on the air. It was made up of live performances
done by the artists on various BBC shows throughout those 25 years. The
version of "I Will Follow" was recorded live in studio. It was recorded
September 18, 1980 according to the booklet accompanying the CD. This was
likely the performance recorded for the "Richard Skinner Sessions" which
was broadcast including The Electric Co., An Cat Dubh and Into the Heart,
and was broadcast on September 29, 1980. The other tracks have not been
released. |
