Released as a pack of four singles in a plastic sleeve which would hold all four, plus a display banner at the top which was 14" in length.  Unlike earlier singles packs, this pack didn't simply repackage the singles that had been commercially released. Instead it presented the four 7" vinyl singles in new configurations, with new catalog numbers, and new artwork on the sleeves.
